- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
- You cancel them in your Apple account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

Web Purchases
- Subscriptions bought on the web are processed by Stripe. From 2 October 2026 they are sold through Onelink, Stripe's merchant of record service, so Onelink is the seller on your receipt and your card statement shows LINK.COM*. Web subscriptions bought before that date are sold by Add Item To Ltd
- Web prices include any sales tax or VAT, which Onelink works out from your billing address
- A new account created on the web starts a 7-day Pro Cloud trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged. If you do not add a card, the trial ends by itself
- If you add a card, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it
- You can cancel at any time at app.additem.to, under Account > Manage subscription, or on link.com for a subscription sold through Onelink. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for
- For refund requests on web purchases, contact [email protected]. For a subscription sold through Onelink you can also ask Onelink support at support.link.com
UK and EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.
For App Store purchases, Apple acts as the merchant of record. Any rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), including cooling-off periods, are managed through Apple's purchase process and refund policies.
For web subscriptions sold through Onelink, Onelink is the seller and applies the cooling-off period the law gives you. For web subscriptions bought before 2 October 2026, Add Item To Ltd is the seller. If you are a consumer, the law gives you the right to cancel a subscription bought online within 14 days of the purchase. To use it, cancel under Account > Manage subscription at app.additem.to, or email [email protected].
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770/EU), digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you believe the App does not meet these standards, you may request a refund through Apple for App Store purchases, or from us for web purchases. For technical issues, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve them.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
The developer reserves the right to:
- Discontinue the App at any time without notice
- Modify or remove features without notice
- Block access to future updates for any reason
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms.
16. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted within the App with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
17. Apple App Store Requirements
The iOS app is distributed through the Apple App Store and, when you use it, you agree to comply with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Apple is not responsible for:
- The App or its content
- Maintenance or support services
- Any product warranty claims
